Gold Summit Corporation is a Nevada based TSX-V listed junior exploration company. Using its considerable worldwide, technical experience and discovery track record, the company has assembled an enviable portfolio of high grade gold/silver targets in Nevada.
These underground vein targets were largely ignored in the modern exploration era in favor of large, low grade deposits and are under-explored. Apart from superior economics, underground mines have a small environmental footprint and are more socially acceptable.
Of the Nevada targets, the most advanced is its Monte Cristo property where a 43-101 compliant resource of 331,000 tonnes averaging 6.5 g/t gold has been outlined by drilling and where high potential for increasing the resource remains. The recently acquired Sugarloaf Peak prospect includes a small gold resource with a 43-101 study in progress.
The company has expanded its commodity working on a new venture exploring saline basins for lithium. These basins are also known to contain potash, soda ash, borax and geothermal resources.
