Network Exploration Ltd. (NET:CA)

Network Exploration Ltd. is an aggressive junior mineral exploration company targeting large scale base and precious metal properties in North and South America. Network is publicly traded on the Toronto Venture Exchange under the symbol "NET".
The Company's focus is in Chile and Peru, where the mineral rich Andes Mountains provide an abundance of economically minable copper and gold deposits to several of the world's largest mining corporations. As many of these deposits have yet to be discovered, the welcoming political and economic conditions, solid mining infrastructure, and cost effective operating environment provide an excellent opportunity for successful development and exploration.
Network has an interest in one South American property in addition to recently acquired exploration claims in the Yukon Territory. The Company is currently discussing exploration plans for these projects and actively searching for other exploration opportunites.

PISTALA, Peru

• Copper/moly/gold prospect located in the major northwest-southeast trending Incapquio fault system of Southern Peru.

• Mapping and sampling program completed by senior geologist Mr. Marco Fernandez-Concha. Claims expanded - Pistala "Sur"

• Gold target near Underworld Resources recent white gold discovery. Airborne magnetics completed November 2009. Lidar survey completed summer 2010. Soil Samples completed fall 2010. Spring 2011 exploration program to be determined.

Marco has over 25 years of exploration and geological experience in South America. He has worked with several multinational mining corporations at prestigious levels, including a role as South American Exploration Manager for Noranda and as General Manager responsible for Latin America with Teck Exploration Ltd. Marco has exceptional geological assessment, exploration, reserve calculation, and feasibility experience.
KEN THORSEN

Ken has over 38 years of experience in the exploration industry leading several distinguished companies to their success.  During his 21-year career with Teck Exploration, Mr. Thorsen rose from Regional Exploration Manager to President, where he was responsible for carrying out Teck's exploration projects around the world. Mr. Thorsen's key projects include the Estrades massive sulphide discovery in northwestern Quebec, the South Bay Mine in northern Ontario, and the Australia's Leinster Mine.
ROBERT FRIESEN

Senior Mining Advisor, Director



Former exploration, feasibility, and production geologist for Teck Exploration and Noranda



Robert has over 40 years of experience in underground and open pit mining operations, mine area exploration, and the development of projects from pre-feasibility through production. He has been involved with several major and junior corporations, including a 17 year career with Noranda and a five year term with Teck Exploration.  Mr. Friesen served as Chief Geologist for numerous projects, several of which began at pre-feasibility and later developed into producing mines. His key projects include Alaska's Pogo mine, Ontario's Geko mine, and BC's Somatosum Mine.
