Trading Starts April 27th

Nuukfjord Gold Ltd is a private Canadian company; soon to be a TSX public listed gold exploration company (reserved trading symbol "NUU"). The upcoming IPO will raise an estimated $10 million @ $0.50 for exploration purposes.

Nuukfjord has an option to earn up to a 65% interest in mineral exploration licenses located on the ice-free ocean accessible coast of southwest Greenland. The claims encompass over 1200 km2 of prospective gold ground, covering the bulk of the Nuukfjord Gold Province; a 150 km long gold mineralized tract which hosts numerous underexplored gold enriched Archean greenstone belts.

A $3.5 million work program is planned for 2010, with most of the funds going towards expansion and definition drilling of the advanced Storø Gold Deposit (+4,000m in +20 holes are planned). Aggressive surface work is planned for the project's other priority areas, Isua, Qussuk, Igasoq and most importantly Storø North; the goal being to generate new drill targets for 2011.
