Rockland (RL-TSXV) is a mineral exploration company based in Vancouver, Canada. Schefferville Gold property, Québec

Gold found in the Ashuanipi sub-province of near the town of Schefferville, Québec is associated with sulphides in silicate iron formations. Recent drilling has uncovered polymetallic mineralization (Au- Ag-Pb-Zn) associated with strong arsenopyrite. The Retty Lake Property is on trend with 4 known adjacent Copper-Nickel-Platinum Group Element lenses and the goal of Rockland is to discover additional mineralized lenses and develop the Labrador Trough as the next major mining camp in the Province. The Retty Lake Copper-Nickel-Platinum Group Element mineralization is analogous to that of the Raglan/Ungava district of Northern Québec where Xstrata and others have world class mines.
