Intercept Rentals is pleased to announce it has been acquired by Global Green Matrix Corp., an Alberta based public company. In addition to our existing line of rental products offered to the oil & gas industry, Intercept now has the exclusive rights to market a proprietary and innovative technology that heats water used in the fraccing process.
We call our new technology BIG HEAT, a water heating unit that heats with much greater safety, efficiency , fewer emissions and is significantly faster than traditional methods in use today.
Our patent-pending technology virtually eliminates any possibility of on-site injury or accidents that have happened with traditional methods of heating water. All units have numerous safety shutoffs and virtually no radiant heat emanating from the burner, located in a totally encased chamber.

The Canadian Market for the DryVac Technology is expanding rapidly as new applications are being refined.
Oil Sands Solutions
The DryVac System permits recovery of water from spent lime/water mix during some drilling operations and heavy oils from hydrocarbon contaminated sand. This results in significantly lower waste transport costs (not hauling water) and allows for the prompt recycling and reuse of water resources while providing remediated products that have value for other applications. The DryVac also facilitates the on-site removal of oil from sand. The efficiency of the DryVac System reduces overall energy consumption, energy costs and carbon emissions.

Mining Solutions
Aqueous solutions of spent mining mud are run through the DryVac system where water is recovered for reuse and the remaining solids are economically transported to the class A land fill.
Municipal Sewage



The DryVac system processes the waste effluent and reclaims the water for reuse while the solids are dried and pasteurized for use as a” Class A” fertilizer, fuel or clean land fill materi al.
Oil Drilling Mud



Drilling mud’s can be totally recycled using the DryVac technology. The water is separated from the mud and sent back for reuse in the drilling processes, while the solids are used for clean fill, trucked to a land fill at a reduced cost, or in an additional process, run through a Kiln and used for pad or road base.

Tongs

Our Power Tongs are proven to be safer in the field, and are faster and easier to operate. Power Tongs:

» Bite on small O.D's from 1 11/16" to 3 1/2"

» Are compliant with all OHS rules and regulations (which are being unintentionally broken by virtually every Oil Company!)
Our Mini Power Tongs have an open mouth design capable to clamp pipes from 1-11/16” to 3-1/2” (outside diameters), and can join pipes of different diameters.  The Power Tongs are hauled in 16’ enclosed trailers, which house either our diesel powered air-over hydraulic power pack or our diesel-powered electric-over hydraulic power pack. Each unit has over 100’ of hydraulic hose.
We currently have 6 Thru-Tubing Power Tong Units:

• 2 Diesel Powered, Electric over Hydraulic Driven
• 2 Diesel over Hydraulic Driven
