Anatolia Energy Corp. (AEE:CA)
Anatolia is an international oil and gas company engaged in the exploration and development of its land holdings in Turkey and Colombia. Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Anatolia Energy (Turkey) Inc., Anatolia has the right, pursuant to its joint venture agreements with Çalık Enerji Sanayive Ticaret A.Ş. ("Calık"), the wholly-owned oil and gas subsidiary of the large Turkish conglomerate Çalık Holding A.Ş., to earn working interests between 25% and 50% in two development licences and 50% in six exploration licences covering an aggregate of 336,509 net acres of land in Turkey’s proven Southeastern Anatolia oil basin. Anatolia is focused on four play types in Turkey namely the Paleozoic Bedinan sand trend, Cretaceous Mardin strike slip trend, Garzan reef trend and Silurian Dadas shale oil trend. The Silurian Dadas shale oil play in Turkey is the major source rock throughout the Middle East.

Turkey
Anatolia entered into a joint venture agreement with Calik Enerji, a highly experienced Turkish company with a proven exploration team, to earn high working interests and jointly operate oil and gas assets in Turkey.
Bismil
The Company has a 25% a working interest in the Bismil project that includes two adjacent licenses totalling 245,699 gross acres. The onshore block is located in the Sirt District of the south-eastern Anatolia region of Turkey. The licenses are subject to the Caliktepe discovery in 2010 and contain eight identified prospects.The company's 120 km 2D and 230 square km 3D seismic programs are underway and the company is currently drilling an appraisal well on the licenses. The company has an option to earn a 50% working interest in the Silurian Dadas shale, which is the "super source rock" for most of the Middle Eastern oilfields. The company will evaluate the capability for Shale Oil production.
Antep
The company will earn a 50% working interest in the Antep project that includes four adjacent licenses totalling 478,428 gross acres. The onshore block is located in the Gaziantep District of the south-eastern Anatolia region of Turkey. The licenses contain three identified prospects. The company recently completed a 295 km 2D seismic program and is planning an exploratory well on the licenses.
Besni
The company will earn a 50% working interest in the Besni project that includes one license totalling 53,906 gross acres. The onshore block is located in the Gaziantep District of the south-eastern Anatolia region of Turkey. The licenses contain four identified prospects. The company recently completed a 100 km 2D seismic program and is planning an exploratory well on the license.
The new Sambayat Oilfield Northwest of Besni
Sinan
The company will earn a 50% working interest in the Sinan project that includes one license totalling 17,833 gross acres. The onshore block is located in the Sirt District of the south-eastern Anatolia region of Turkey. The company is currently reviewing historical seismic on the license.
Llanos Basin Colombia
The company can earn up to a 35% working interest in 147,000 acres (gross) in LLA-24 which is surrounded by high rate light oil production. The company acquired and processed 207 km² of 3D seismic in the southern portion of the block and the company expects to drill the first exploration well Q1/2012 and will test conventional structural closure in C7 and Guadalupe and a potential stratigraphic trap in the Mirador and Ubaque/Gacheta.
