Everett Resources Ltd (the Company) is publicly held and listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (symbol TSX-V: EAR) Founded in 2006 the company is lead by an experienced management team with previous successes in the junior mining sector. The companies’ primary focus is the exploration and development of mineral properties in areas with stable geo-political climates.
Everett main resource mineral exploration interests are in two mineral properties, the Menarik located in Quebec and the San Juan Property located in New Mexico, U.S.A.
Menarik Property
The Menarik property is located in northwestern Quebec, approximately 45 kilometers to the South East of the town of Radisson. It comprises a contiguous group of 64 claims in the center of sheet 33/F6. This claim group covers a total area of 3,062 hectares, fully owned by Pro-Or and without any royalties attached.

The property is mostly known for its chromite deposits, even though many poly-metallic showings have also been discovered on these grounds. An estimate of chromite resources made in 2006 by the consultant group Roche from Quebec City indicated a total of measured and indicated resources exceeding 6.2 million metric tons grading on average 7.69% Cr2O3. This estimate was done according to the norms of Rule 43-101.
Between January and May 2008, Pro-Or sponsored a compilation of previous exploration data on the property and the preparation of a coherent geobased data bank. Four different types of mineralization were identified: stratiform chromite deposits, similar to deposits in South Africa, also of archean age (UG2 horizon of the Bushveld complex); massive sulfide showings similar to those of the Merensky reef in the Bushveld complex and to the Voisey’s Bay mineralizations in Labrador; nickel-copper concentrations in altered zones within and at the periphery of the Menarik ultramafic complex, showing similarities with those of the Armit Lake property in Ontario; and gold showings associated to the complex but outside of its perimeter, possibly similar to the archean gold deposits associated with the Cadillac-Larder Lake regional break. San Juan Property
Currently the company holds an option to acquire from Big Sky Uranium Inc. a 100% interest in 497 claims and 65 state leases, These claims and leases encompass an area of almost 10,000 acres of the Grants Mineral Belt in the San Juan basin of New Mexico. A large percentage of this land was previously owned by major uranium companies, including Exxon, Mobil, Getty, Conoco Phillips, and the Gulf Oil Company in the last uranium boom. This region produced 40% of US uranium production from 1956 to 1980.
A 3D model and study has been completed on over 200 previously drilled oil wells
25 radio active anomalies were found in the Morrison sand stone formation where uranium was found in the past. We believe that the ground could contain multiple uranium deposits similar to the 69 MILLION POUND deposit (historic data non 43-101 compliant) discovered by Phillips Petroleum in the Nose Rock area, and the 120 MILLION POUND ore deposit developed by Gulf Minerals at Mount Taylor.
The Grants Mineral Belt in the San Juan Basin Produced 230 MILLION POUNDS of uranium (more than any other district in the world). The uranium ore in the Grants Belt occurs in the Morrison sand stone formation It is believed that more than 239 MILLION POUNDS of uranium remain in the Grants Mineral Belt (this is the largest unmined uranium resource in the United Sates). The previous historical production from the Grants district was 52,250,000 tonnes of uranium ore at an average grade of 0.22% this equates to 40% of all the uranium produced in the continental U.S.
Everett Resources is currently seeking a Joint venture partner to assist with advancing the project toward production. Read More
