Merritt, British Columbia - Merritt Project
Victory’s AU-WEN exploration projects are situated about 18 km to the east of the historic Aspen Grove mining camp located within the Quesnel Trough region, a 30 to 60 km. wide belt of Lower Mesozoic volcanic and related strata enclosed between older rocks and much invaded by batholiths and lesser intrusions. The southern part is the well-known Nicola belt, continuing nearly 200 km to its termination at the U.S. border and containing the important copper deposits of Highland Valley, Craigmont, Copper Mountain, Afton, Brenda, in addition to the historic Hedley gold camp.
In 2005 Victory successfully negotiated an arrangement to acquire 100% of the AU-WEN Property based on the encouraging historic exploration results that are indicators to potentially economic copper/gold skarn or porphyry mineral deposits.  Click here to read more about the project.
Sinaloa, Mexico - Reforma Project
The Reforma property formally owned and operated by “Industrias Peñoles S.A.B. de C.V. (Peñoles), of Mexico is a 6,987 hectare land package, located within a regional northwest trending graben structure which extends through eastern portion of Sinaloa State, Mexico in the Choix Mining District.
The Reforma property area borders two significant mineral deposits. The Bahuerachi property, (which was formally owned by Tyler Resources) was purchased in 2008 by Jinchuan Group China, for an approximately value of $216 million dollars.  The Bahuerachi Main Zone reportedly contains a mineral resource of some 525 million measured and indicated tonnes grading 0.40% Cu with values of molybdenum, gold, silver, and zinc.The Reforma property formally owned and operated by “Industrias Peñoles S.A.B. de C.V.
