Red Cliff Property
Overview
The Red Cliff Property, a Gold/Copper property in northwestern British Columbia, is the flagship property for Decade Resources Ltd. On November 19, 2008, the Company entered into an option agreement with Mountain Boy Minerals Ltd. (Mountain Boy), a company with shared Directors, to acquire a 60% interest in the property. Decade Resources Ltd. has now fulfilled all requirements to earn its 60% interest in the property. The property consists of 8 Crown Granted claims along Lydden Creek, just north of the town of Stewart, B.C. It is accessible by road approximately 1.5 kilometers from paved highway 37A and is underlain by lithologies of the middle Jurassic Hazelton Group. These rocks host significant precious and base metal deposits in the Stewart Camp including the Silbak Premier, Silver Coin, Sulphurets, Red Mountain and Eskay Creek deposits.
The property has 2 main mineralized zones; the Redcliff copper-gold and copper zones as well as the Montrose gold zone.
The Redcliff Zone contains 2,300 m of underground development on 5 levels from 4 portals over a height of several hundred meters with limited Cu-Au production reported in 1910-12 and in 1973. From 1910-12 production from the Redcliff zone amounted to approximately 1,136 tonnes estimated to average 5% Cu. In 1972 some 3,776 tonnes of ore was sent to a local mill. The only reserve estimate reported for the Redcliff Zone was in 1912 showing a total of 18,900 tonnes averaging 3.19% Cu and 2.86 grams per tonne gold. This estimate was only for broken mineralized material within a stope on one of the levels in the mine. This estimate is historical and is not 43-101 compliant and is used for reference purposes only.
On the Montrose zone during 1939-41, there was 65 tons mined averaging 2.45 opt Au, 2.95 opt Ag, .91% Cu, 3.5% Pb and 4.41 % Zn.
Work in the area of high grading during a previous operator's sampling program in 1979 yielded 19.31 g/t over 2.43 m and 1987 surface sampling gave 7.93g/t over 3.81 m. Several holes drilled in 1988 to 1990 gave intercepts of 1.72 g/t over 14.48 m including 9.31 g/t over 1.70 m and 1.17 g/t over 16.89 m including 4.82 g/t over 2.29 m.
In 1988 the Waterpump Zone which represents the south fault extension of the Montrose Zone was discovered. It is located approximately 50 meters south of the 1939-1941 mining. A trench over the zone gave values consisting of 21.37 g/t over 4.2 m and 6.89 g/t Au over 3.3 m with 2.0 m of dyke between the values. Across the entire zone including the dyke, the sampling yielded an average of 12.07 g/t Au over 8.5 m.

Silver Crown Property
Decade has an option to earn a 100% interest in the Silver Crown 6 claim, adjoining the Red Cliff property to the north.
Decade is currently carrying out a program of geochemical sampling on the Silver Crown 6 claim adjacent to and north of the Montrose zone at Red Cliff. This soil and silt sampling program is being completed in an area of extensive talus and soil cover to further define possible extensions to the Montrose zone at Red Cliff.
Wedeene Project
The Wedeene property consists of 86 claims totalling 2,300 hectares. It is a large property underlain by Kuroko type VMS copper-gold mineralization, northwest of the town of Kitimat, British Columbia.
Location
Logistics and other economic considerations for the Wedeene River project are excellent. An extensive network of logging roads provides access to most eastern portions of the property. The city centre for Kitimat, a tidewater port, is only 1 km from the southern portion of the property. A major rail line passes through the eastern part of the property and a hydro-electric line comes within 6 km of the present drilling.
Geology and Mineralization
Most of the claim area is underlain by steeply dipping volcanic rocks of uncertain age which, along the western margin of the claim area, are intruded by granitic rocks of the Cretaceous to Tertiary Coast Intrusions. Near the contact volcanic units are partly to completely recrystallized and cut by numerous dykes, sills and irregular masses of fine-to coarse-grained diorite.
Hydrothermal alteration consisting of sericite, chlorite and possibly clay minerals has affected the host Triassic volcanics and Jurassic diorites to varying degrees. Pyritic zones which contain 5-7% pyrite and local chalcopyrite are associated with strong local "potassic" and pervasive "phyllic" alteration zones intruded by strongly epidote altered dykes. The mineralization contains disseminations, fine veinlets and massive veins of pyrite and/or chalcopyrite. Typically, the altered rocks are bleached to a pale grey-cream colour. Silicification consisting of closely spaced veinlets or flooding occurs throughout the mineralized zones. The sulphide minerals predominantly consist of pyrite and or chalcopyrite, although pyrrhotite is present in drill core. Typically, the pyrite and chalcopyrite occur as finely disseminated grains, which are less than l mm in diameter. Sulphide minerals in this habit generally attain concentrations of 1-10% pyrite and up to 2% chalcopyrite. To the southwest of the drilling, host rocks tend to be more heavily altered to sericite and less silicified than to the northeast.
The area of the above drilling has been along the west edge of a large magnetic low outlined in an airborne EM / Magnetic survey flown by the Company earlier this year. The magnetic lows are interpreted as areas that have undergone hydrothermal alteration where the magnetite in the rocks is altered to other iron minerals, namely pyrite. Associated with the magnetic lows are numerous EM anomalies and coincident copper-gold anomalies outlined in regional government geochemical surveys. Based on the alteration and mineralization observed, the Company believes the drilling to date is at the west edge of a large porphyry copper-gold zone.

Goat Property
Decade Resources Ltd. acquired 3 claims, located over the former Goat Mine (a small producer in the 1970's), in the Surprise Creek Valley approximately 34 kilometers northeast of Stewart, B.C. and 5 kilometers north of the Stewart Highway (37A). The property us underlain by narrow polymetallic gold and silver veins as well as the same stratigraphic horizon that hosts the BA Kuroko type silver-lead-zinc mineralization approximately 8 kilometers to the south. This is within the same stratigraphic horizon that hosted the Eskay Creek deposit, which produced more than 100 tonnes of gold and 5,000 tonnes of silver from start-up in 1995, until closure in 2008.
Previous airborne EM surveys indicate 3 anomalous areas that have never been tested or evaluated.
Pink Mountain Property
Decade Resources Ltd. owns 100 % in the Neves Creek gas licences in the Pink Mountain area near Fort St. John, B.C. The property is 3,072 hectares within a large continuous block totalling 30.72 square kilometers. The block is located along the Neves Creek, 10 kilometers east of an actively producing gas field and and associated infrastructure. The land holdings are for a term of 5 years.
The Company is compiling production records for the nearby field as well as potential production formations. The next step is a seismic survey over the company held lands.
