Aben Resources (TSX.V: ABN) is a Canadian gold and silver exploration company with a focus on developing properties in the Yukon.



The Company has acquired a 100% interest in the Rusty Springs silver-lead-zinc property, located north of Dawson City, Yukon, where notable drill results include 1,140 g/t (33.27 oz/t) silver, 4.72% lead and 2.30% copper over 37.5 metres (123 feet) from surface. The property hosts silver-lead-zinc mineralization associated with a 25-40 metre thick replacement horizon within carbonate rocks. Some 35 showings are present within the property area and consist of both high-grade vein occurrences and lower-grade replacement mineralization.



Aben has also acquired the Rude Creek South gold property located in the heart of Yukon's White Gold District approximately 40 kilometres southeast of Kaminak Gold Corp.'s (TSX.V: KAM) Coffee Creek gold property, 60 kilometres southeast of Kinross' (TSX: K) (previously Underworld Resources') Golden Saddle gold deposit, and 10 kilometres east of Western Copper Corp.'s (TSX: WRN) Casino gold, copper and molybdenum deposit. This deposit contains a resource of 8 million ounces of gold, 4.4 billion pounds of copper and 475 million pounds of molybdenum.



Additionally, the Company has acquired from Eagle Plains Resources (TSX.V: EPL) a 100% interest in two gold exploration properties known as the Justin (Sprogge) and Hit projects, covering approximately 459 hectares, located in the eastern Yukon Territory. The drill-ready Justin property has the potential to host both high-grade and bulk-tonnage gold mineralization. Historical grab samples from the property reported up to 59.25 g/t Au, in addition to historical chip samples returning an average of 2.38 g/t Au over 22.5 metres.



Aben has attained an extensive proprietary database for the Yukon and Northwest Territories as well as the rights to 426,821 acres of prospecting permits in the NWT.
