ARGONAUT EXPLORATION INC. (AGA - TSXV), "the Company" is a junior mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties of exceptional merit to the benefit of its shareholders. The Company's strong management team is experienced in all phases of mining exploration, financing and public company management.



Argonaut Exploration Inc. owns a 100% mineral interest in two exceptional exploration properties, "the Terrace and High Gold Properties", located immediately northeast of Terrace and west of Smithers, British Columbia, Canada. The two properties are 35 kilometres apart and collectively include 256 square kilometres or 25,570 hectares of mineral bearing claims. The claims were acquired over 12 years and for the first time in the 130 year history of the region have been controlled 100% by a single junior public company. The Terrace and High Gold Properties both enjoy excellent infrastructure with locations adjacent to a major highway, railway and power-line. The Terrace and High Gold properties host vein and vein stockwork related porphyry systems respectively with a documented 40 precious and base metal bearing showings plus several small past producing mines. The potential economic commodities present on the properties are Gold, Silver, Copper, Molybdenum, Lead and Zinc. The metals are hosted in Porphyry-related stockwork, intrusive related poly-metallic epithermal veins and breccia reminiscent of the gold-silver and base metal rich regions in Mexico and Latin America.

Properties Overview

The properties known as "the Terrace Properties" strongly indicate a new undeveloped copper - gold - silver region in northwestern British Columbia. The properties include 2 mineral claim groups, "the Fiddler - Dorreen" and "the Bornite Range", collectively composed of 41 mineral claims that encompass approximately 177 square kilometres or 43,830 acres. The location is 20 kilometres north and northeast of the city of Terrace, British Columbia and adjacent to the Yellowhead Highway (HWY 16) plus the Canadian National Railway. The nearest shipping port is 79 kilometres distant by highway at Kitimat, British Columbia.



The mineral properties host 37 documented precious and base metal bearing showings that include or adjoin 5 small past producing mines plus numerous additional mineral occurrences. The main metallic commodities present on the properties are Copper (Cu), Silver (Ag), Gold (Au), Lead (Pb) and Zinc (Zn). The metals are present in poly-metallic gold and/or silver bearing epithermal veins plus strata-bound breccias. Bonanza grades in gold, silver, copper, lead and zinc have been discovered in the area. The number of documented mineral occurrences establishes the area as one of the most potentially prolific new precious metal sites in British Columbia.
