Golden Touch Resources is a rapidly developing International Mining / Exploration Company with their primary interest focused on the development of several gold exploration projects in the European country of Albania. Along with an impressive package of Albanian gold projects, GOT has acquired some very advanced exploration projects for both Chromite and Platinum within the same 100km region of Albania. With an exploration project package of this magnitude, Golden Touch plans to stay very busy over the next few years advancing these projects into what is hopefully many sizable resources bearing valuable precious metals on a large commercial scale production.
In addition to Golden Touch Resource’s exploration in Albania, GOT is currently conducting a drill program on their Long Valley gold project located in the Alligator Ridge mining region in the state of Nevada, USA.

Projects - Albania

GOLD
GJAZUJ GOLD REGION
Golden Touch’s main focus is primarily in gold exploration. Their flagship gold project is called the Gjazuj Gold Project and is located in an area about 70 Km’s North of the Town of Rubik. The Gjazuj is a project that GOT is showing immediate interest in developing for the potential of having a very promising gold resource. Previous drilling results from 157 drill holes and geological testing at the Gjazuj indicate a high grade gold mineralization within a breccia zone trending over an area about 10m’s wide and over 1300m’s in length. Gold mineralization grades at the Gjazuj Gold Project are as high as 7m’s of 10 g/t at depths nearing surface.
In addition to this drill tested high grade Breccia gold zone, there are an additional six high priority targets that are included in the claim package. Further exploration and development will soon be carried out to determine the true size and potential of the Gjazuj Gold Project as well as the additional six gold targets that have yet to be drill tested.

CHROMITE
KUKES CHROMITE PROJECT
JAB Albania has undertaken an exploration program to evaluate chromite mineralization over an area of about 100 sq. km of north eastern Albania. The program included an evaluation of historic drill results of work conducted by the Albanian government as well as trenching and drilling conducted by Jab Albania. Jab Albania completed 57 reverse circulation holes (diameter 114-127 mm for 3834 meters to test a small part of the total prospective chromite bearing area within its permit areas.
From the drill program a total of 3,204 samples were sent to the ALS Laboratory in Romania for analysis. All the drill holes intersected chromite mineralization, providing the impetus to commence independent studies of the mineralogy and metallurgy of the mineralization as well as resource estimates, open pit optimization and environmental studies.
From these investigations Jab Albania prepared an internal pre-feasibility study into the development of an open pit and underground chromite mine and downstream processing project and was able to demonstrate that, subject to further drilling, a viable project could be established.
In the 1980's Albania was the world’s third largest supplier of chromite ore. About one million tons of ore have been previously mined from within Jab Albania’s tenements, all from the selective mining of direct shipping chromite ore from narrow outcropping high grade pods.
JAB Albania’s drilling suggests that substantial areas of disseminated mineralization occur around the high grade pods, with a view to establish large tonnage lower grade open pit mines, supplemented by more selective higher grade selective underground mines, target the larger pods present. By including lower grade material Jab Albania found that tonnage of mineralization could be substantially increased over previous estimates.
Jab Albania is of the view that the areas considered prospective for chromite occur in four separate locations within the permits, totaling 25 kms of strike. The Company is also of the view that to date only a small part of the potential chromite bearing area has been drill evaluated and that further drilling could establish a substantial resource ahead of the development of a significant mining and ore processing operation.
The metallurgical test work has suggested that a chromite concentrate with an attractive Cr:Fe ratio could be produced from a first stage processing plant that would be suitable for conversion to a high carbon ferrochrome at a grade above 60% Cr, which could be developed as a second stage plant.

PLATINUM
N.E. ALBANIA PLATINUM PROJECT
JAB Albania has defined PGE mineralization within a 6 km long structural breccia zone in north eastern Albania. Within this zone previous drilling has outlined mineralization.
21 diamond drill holes (diameter 91mm-127 mm) have been drilled over a strike length of 250 meters, mostly on a 20m x 20 m grid. From these holes Jab has been able to verify 135 assays results considered significant (>0.1 g/t Pt, each of which typically represents a one meter down hole intervals.
Recent trenching indicates the zone prospective for PGE’s are 5-14 meters wide averaging 1.5-2 g/t Pt.
The trench intercepts are much wider than those of the drilling, suggests that the full width of the prospective zone has not been fully evaluated by the drilling.
Mineralogy suggests that Pt makes up around 80% of the PGE and most of the rest is Pd. There is also around 28% Cr2O3 associated with the PGE zones.

Projects - Nevada

LONG VALLEY GOLD PROJECT
The Long Valley project encompass a total 2,123 hectares and covers a portion of what is believed to be the projected extension of an important north-northwest trending structure on the edge of the pediment. Initial prospecting has revealed outcrops of silicified breccias similar to those found in the nearby Alligator Ridge area. The Bald Mountain, Alligator Ridge area is an established gold producing region of Eastern Nevada actively being explored by Barrick Gold U.S. Inc.
Initially after staking a claim block which extended for some 12.5 kilometers to the south of the Barrick claim boundary, Golden Touch Resources JV partner, New World focused their efforts on the northern portions of the claims, where they conducted some prospecting, and soil gas geochemistry testing. This north area is proximal to Alta Gold’s past producing Yankee Mine, which is currently held by Barrick Gold.
The ground magnetic survey results indicate a strong northwesterly trending structure intersected by at least two northward striking structures. The intersection of these orientated structures is well known to be an important gold mineralizing control within the Bald Mountain property immediately to the north. This magnetic survey in the area of the claims was previously thought to be covered by younger, post-mineralization volcanics. However, New World’s initial prospecting has revealed outcrops of silicified breccias similar to those found in the nearby Alligator Ridge gold deposit.
The second phase exploration included 331 soil samples for mobile metal ion (MMI) analysis. These samples were tailored to augment and expand earlier work where an initial 303 soil samples were taken, which indicated that discrete areas exist on the property where anomalous Au, As, Sb and +/-Bi concentrations have been delineated. Additionally approximately 35 km of ground magnetometre surveying has been completed in order to better define structural domains which outlined the previous ground magnetic survey. A VLF-EM survey was run coincidentally over those portions of the property recently surveyed and it is hoped that the VLF survey will complement the magnetic data.
Golden Touch Resources announced on October 26th, 2010 that it had started the mobilization of a drill rig and crew to the Long Valley project in Nevada. The minimum 1,200 meter / four hole drill program will commence immediately and will test the projected structural extension from the Bald Mountain gold camp.
Under an Earn-In Agreement, approved by the TSX Venture Exchange, Golden Touch Resources Corp. has the right to acquire up to 80% interest in the Project by issuing shares to New World and incurring expenditures on the Project over 42 months.
