All Three Operations Owned by Bralorne

Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. has acquired all the claims of the Bralorne, King and Pioneer mines plus surrounding new ground. These holdings represent the first time in history that all three operations and important additional claims have been held by one company.

Significant Ground Unexplored

Despite the long and rich history of production, large areas of the collective holdings remain unexplored or under-explored. Over the past five years, we have explored new areas of the claims with outstanding results.

Bulk Testing Completed

Following a successful 20,000-ton bulk sampling program (2,916 ounces of gold recovered) in 2004, we engaged Beacon Hill Consultants to develop a staged, three-phase program. We completed Phase 1 in 2006. This work included an eight-stage, 42-hole (33,724 feet) drilling program. We intersected very high grades near the King Vein, expanded several existing zones and discovered an important new vein.

Into a New Mineralized Structure

The company is exploring targets in underexplored gap areas between former historic gold mines in Bralorne British Columbia. The current underground development exploration of the BK vein is currently underway with promising results. In the BP Gap (Bralorne,Pioneer mines) underground development is being done to provide access to resources on the 51BFW and Taylor veins. In the BK Gap (Bralorne, King mines) surface drilling was done during the fall to test the upper part of the BK vein. The company is currently focusing on these two aspects of the Bralorne properties for a production target in the beginning of 2011.

Mill Permitted and Ready for Processing

The Bralorne mine facility, along with all infrastructure and permitting, is complete and ready for operation at 120 tpd. Our primary goal is to outline a 500,000-ton measured & indicated resource grading 12 g/t Au (0.35 oz/ton Au), based on gold at US$475/oz.

Funding

Bralorne is well-funded for its current programs. The company is also debt-free. Our assets include 430 ounces of gold in reserve for future sale.

Mine-Builders

Our team consists of successful mine-builders, geologists and financiers. Collectively we have over 150 years' experience in the industry. <
Overview — The Path to Production
Our work is focused on exploring both new and developed ground to expand resources. In 2005 we hired Beacon Hill Consultants, an engineering firm specializing in mining and feasibility, to develop a blueprint for production. Beacon Hill presented eight specific recommendations aimed at upgrading and discovering the resources required to bring the project into full operation.

The goal of this program today is to delineate resources that is sufficient for a year+ worth of production at a rate of 100 tpd. Eight other targets have been outlined for exploration and development to aim for a mill increase by the end of 2013 to a capacity of 280 tpd.
What's Happening Now

We are continuously developing stockpile from the BK zone and exploring eight significant targets located in the gaps between three large historic gold producing mines. The program outlined in 2010 was for the mine to obtain its environmental permit for beginning gold production. Surface drilling in 2010 discovered a new extension of the BK zone to the west; which has now been identified as the BK3. Plans have been made to drive a 1400 ft decline from surface to intersect the 575 level of the new BK3. Once the new zone is reached; development of the zone will begin and then shortly followed by trial mining to establish the grade in the zone.
The New BK3 Zone

Surface diamond drilling from 2010 has intersected high-grade gold mineralization on the upper and western portion portion of the BK vein. Holes 165 through 174 were drilled to follow up previous holes, with positive results obtained for holes 165 to 169 and 174. Visible gold was noted in five of these holes. The best intercept was in hole 169, which assayed 140.46 g/t gold (4.096 ounces per ton) over 0.6 metre. Visible gold was observed in the last hole drilled (hole 174). The holes were drilled to follow up hole 149, which assayed 43.51 g/t gold (1.269 ounces per ton) over 0.9 metre (check assay 104.5 g/t gold), and hole 151, which contained visible gold and assayed 9.5 g/t gold (0.277 ounce per ton) over 0.5 metre (1.8 feet).
Exploration by Drifting

Following the mining maxim, "Drill for structure and drift and raise for tonnes and grade," Bralorne will now drive a drift a 1400 ft decline to intersect the BK3 Zone at the 575 level. This drift will allow access to the BK3 structure so a drift may be driven on the vein and subsequent raises driven. In addition, the drift will serve as a platform for exploration and drilling of parallel structures with greater precision.

Key Elements of Phase III (underway)

Our Phase III exploration includes the following elements:

  1. Drive a 1450ft decline from the surface to intersect the BK3 vein approximately 225ft above the known zone on the 800 level.
  2. Drift along the BK vein at the 575 level to the extent of the mineralization.
  3. At the 575 level we will have one alimak raises driven from each side of the drift to the 800 level and equipped as manways.
  4. Then a sub drift will be driven at the 785 level, chutes installed on the 800 level.
  5. With positive results from drifting on the 575 level and 785 level vein, shrinkage stoping blocks will be established and stock piled.

Modeling Shows Further Potential

In order to evaluate the significance of these intersections, the results were modeled using the GEMCOM/SURPAC modeling program. This work clearly indicated potential for a vein or vein structures and associated alteration zones not previously recognized. Thus there is excellent potential for additional resources to be delineated based upon further work.

Previous Work and Bulk Sampling

Since acquiring the project from Avino Silver & Gold Mines in 1995, we have expanded our holdings, completely re-furbished the facility, obtained all permitting and brought it to operation at 100 tpd. Through extensive underground and surface exploration, we have expanded several key gold zones including the North vein, Taylor zone, Peter vein, 51B zone "NI 43-101", the new BK, BK3 zone that has been recently located in the unexplored gaps between the historic Bralorne, Pioneer and King mines. In 2004 and 2005 we conducted a 20,000-ton bulk sampling program, recovering 2,916 ounces of gold. Recoveries averaged 92% (61% by gravity, 31% by flotation). We sold approximately 2,300 ounces for proceeds of C$2.1 million.

Funding

The Company currently has an approximate $6.2 million (CAD) in the treasury (April 5, 2011) and 430 ounces of gold in storage.
