Invenio Resources Corp (“Invenio” or the “Company”) is a Canadian based exploration company. The Company’s common shares are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and trade under the symbol IVO. Invenio has three gold properties under option, Ganes Creek, Alaska, Kings Canyon located on the border of Nevada and Utah and Green Springs located in Nevada. The Ganes Creek property was optioned in February 2011 and Invenio has the right to acquire a 100% interest. Ganes Creek, located in south central Alaska, is situated in the Tintina Gold Belt which is host to the 33 million ounce Donlin Creek gold deposit approximately 90 km to the south west and the Nixon Fork copper-gold skarn deposit approximately 62 km to the northeast. Ganes Creek has the potential to host both high grade lode style gold mineralization and lower grade bulk mineable mineralization similar to that found at Donlin Creek. The Kings Canyon project contains an historical, non-compliant resource of approximately 217,000 ounces of gold at a grade of 0.93 grams/tonne. The deposit is near surface, oxidized and interpreted to be Carlin style.

Projects

Ganes Creek gold project

Ganes Creek gold project (“Ganes Creek” or the “Project”) is Invenio’s latest acquisition with an option to earn a 100% interest. The Project which consists of 199 claims covering approximately 6,200 hectares (15,400 acres) is located in south-central Alaska, approximately 440 km northwest of Anchorage and 40 km west of the town of McGrath.
The Project has good accessibility, either by way of a State maintained gravel road that connects to a barge landing at Sterling or via a gravel airstrip located on the property that is capable of handling large cargo aircraft. Currently, there is a camp located on the property that is capable of housing 12 people as well as heavy equipment to conduct trenching and road building.
The Project is situated in the Tintina Gold Belt which is host to the 33 million ounce Donlin Creek gold deposit approximately 90km to the south west and the Nixon Fork copper-gold skarn deposit approximately 62 km to the northeast. Ganes Creek is in the historic Ophir Mining District and lies along the prospective Yankee Creek/Ganes Creek (Y/G) fault zone, a 19 km geological feature which hosts numerous gold anomalies and prospects as well as several active placer gold operations.

Kings Canyon Project

Invenio Resources’ Kings Canyon Project in west central Utah encompasses approximately 1,370 acres of 107 unpatented mining claims and one state mineral lease. The majority of the Project is owned 75% by Invenio and the remainder of the Project is under an option agreement with Kinross Gold Corporation whereby Invenio can earn a 100% interest. The area subject to the Kinross Option contains a non 43-101 compliant inferred historical resource estimate of 7,200,000 tonnes at a grade of 0.93 grams/tonne gold containing 217,000 ounces of gold *.
The Kings Canyon Project is located in the Great Basin region in west-central Utah. Invenio’s 75% owned claims (92) are immediately adjacent to and enclose on three sides 15 claims held by Kinross which are under option to Invenio whereby Invenio can acquire a 100% interest by issuing shares to Kinross and making a final payment in cash/and or shares by December 2013.
Gold mineralization at Kings Canyon is a Carlin-style system hosted at shallow depths in Paleozoic carbonates and may be controlled by steep mineralized faults. The Kinross claims were drilled between 1990 and 1993 and 156 reverse circulation drill holes were completed for a total of 24,809 metres. The defined mineralization on the Kinross optioned ground which is oxidized and near surface, trends directly onto Invenio’s 75% ground where but it has had little drilling. In addition, many additional mineralized faults have been delineated on the property, defining numerous untested targets in areas where the favourable horizon is at shallow depths.
