Projects

Patagonia
Overview
The Patagonia property is located near Nogales, Arizona about 45 miles (72 kilometres) south of Tucson in the prolific Laramide porphyry copper province. Patagonia is situated along the trend of the Cananea Mine (7.14B tons @ 0.41% copper) to the south and the Resolution Copper deposit to the north (1.5B tons @ 1.5% copper).
The property consists of 280 claims totaling 5600 acres (2266.2 hectares) containing several areas with drilling completed by ASARCO, Anaconda and others.
Four main targets (and several secondary targets) were identified by geologic mapping and core drilling conducted from 1952 through 1992. These targets are BX Breccia, Sunnyside Deep, Sunnyside Shallow and Sunnyside Skarn.

Squaw Peak
Resource Estimate and Summary
As referenced in the Updated Technical Report and Resource Estimation for its Squaw Peak Property, Yavapai County, Arizona." dated April 25th, 2010, a new resource estimation is calculated for the Squaw Peak Property.
This resource is classified as an ''Inferred Resource''. The 'Inferred Resource' calculated at Squaw Peak is reported at approximately 44.8 million tons at an average grade of 0.39 percent Copper Equivalent (CuEq). At this tonnage and grade, the contained CuEq metal content is approximately 346 million pounds, or 173 thousand tons (see Table 8, Resource Summary, below).
Copper equivalent (CuEq) was calculated by using the following formula on raw assay data:
CuEq = (Cu ppm+ Mo ppm*5.33 + Ag ppm*87.48)/10,000. This formula was established when metals prices were approximately $3.00/pound for Cu, $16.00/pound for Mo, and $18.00/oz for
Ag.
Table 8. Resource Summary
| Squaw Peak | |||||
| Calculated 2011 'Inferred Resource' Totals | Tons | % CuEq | Pounds CuEq Metal | ||

| Avg Grades within Resource | Contained Metals within Resource | ||||
