Sunshine Agri-Tech Inc. is a public company listed on the TSX-V exchange (Canada) on July 28, 2010. The Company is engaged in the research and development, production and sales of bio-feed, microbial feed additives and related products that aim to improve the health and performance of animals. The Company’s line of products include: (a) bio-feed; and, (b) microbial feed additives. The Company currently sells its products throughout China as well as in Japan, and is expanding its reach to Southeast Asia.

Products
At Sunshine Agri-Tech we continuously focus on product innovation as we rely on our Research and Development team to develop environmentally friendly, harmless bio-feed products and feed additives. Staying conscious of new laboratory and pilot studies domestically and abroad, Sunshine Agri-Tech is able to purchase the IP and complete the intermediate stage testing and subsequent industrial development to develop high-tech products that meet the markets demand. These innovative products effectively increase animal performance and in turn increase productivity for farmers.
Market dynamics within the Chinese breeding industry are ever-changing as the heavy use of antibiotics and chemical substances for prevention of disease and promotion of animal growth is allowing for the development of different alternatives.
Operating Strategy
To facilitate the demand for our products, clear and value added progress has been made. The current output being produced by our facilities has been met with growing demand, exceeding the capability being produced by our leased facilities, The new, planned building of a new facility by the Company, upon completion, will allow for 10 times the output from the current leased facility in Changchun.
This amplified production will be an imperative factor for our operating strategy as we aim to meet the increasing demand for our products.

Project Overview
Sunshine Agri-Tech Inc. currently has production plants in Changchun and Dalian, China.
The Changchun facility is leased and has annual output of 10,000 tons of concentrated feed. The Company recently purchased over 16,971 sq meters of land in Changchun, as they are in the process of building their own facility in lieu of the leased facility, which will have annual output of 10 times the current production from the leased facility.
The facilities in Dalian cover 25,000 sq meters of leased space from Dalian Sunscape, which includes a production facility with an annual output capacity of 5,000 tons, a R&D center, as well as the Company's head office. Sunshine Agri-Tech plans to secure additional financing in 2011 to purchase the R&D facilities from Dalian Sunscape.
