Ultra Lithium Inc. is a Canadian Junior Mining exploration company with focus in lithium and rare earth metals. Berland River Property – Lithium Brine Project
Located 200km west of Edmonton, the project consists of approximately 650 square kilometers (7 Townships), having the potential for extraction of lithium from formation waters.
- Formation waters within the Devonian-aged Woodbend (Leduc) Group and the Beaverhill Lake formation on the property are shown to contain highly anomalous concentrations of lithium, with values of up to 140 mg/l reported.
- An Alberta Research Council non-NI 43-101 compliant report (1995, p.42) indicates total potential resources of 0.515 x 106 tonnes lithium (or 2.4 billion lbs of Li2O) hosted in the Leduc and Beaverhill formation waters.
- The concentrations are comparable to those of lithium brines currently found at Clayton Valley, Nevada which has been in production since the 1960s.
Zigzag Lake Property – Lithium and Rare Earth Elements
Located 60 km northeast of Armstrong, Ontario, and accessed via an all-weather road, the project consists of five exploratory areas totaling approximately 2064 hectares
Tebishogeshik Showing
- Consists of four sub-parallel pegmatite lenses up to 18.3m in width over a distance of 845m.
- Tantalum Pentoxide (Ta2O5) levels in Lens 3 were amongst the highest documented in lithium-rich pegmatites of Ontario.
Dempster L28 Showing
- Contains prismatic spodumene (LiAl(SiO3)2) crystals up to 10 cm in length with identifiable lithium and columbite-tantalite occurrences.
Bird River Potential No. 1.
- Anomalously high lithium levels (ca 300 ppm) in the greenstone bedrock, with dramatic increases in trace lithium in adjacent zones
Dempster East
- Average grades of 1.78% and 1.88% Li2O through 9 parallel samples drawn from SE portion of property.
Ketchican Road Beryl
- Multiple rare elements including Lithium and Tantalum.
- Anomalously high beryl levels could indicate inclusion in a larger rare-element swarm.
Ultra Lithium's property is contiguous to Linear Metals' (TSX-V: LRM) Seymour Lake Lithium project where drilling confirmed significant lithium mineralization with grades up to 2.4%.
